Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- ½ lime
- 20g crumbled feta cheese
- 1tsp Dukkah
- Mixed tomatoes
- 1 slice sourdough
- 1 egg
Method:
- Crush the avocado until, chunky consistency, add the lime, feta, and dukkah.
- Season well. Pan fry the egg, meanwhile toast your sourdough.
- Assemble the toast, layering the avocado, tomato and the egg. Season with salt and pepper.
